OUR WARRANTY
FuseTech LLC agrees to repair or replace the defective item if a defect occurs in materials or workmanship due to normal operation of components during a one-year warranty period from date of job completion. Defect, loss or damage caused by acts of God, including but not limited to fire, explosion, windstorm, hail, lightning, falling trees, aircraft, vehicles, flood, and earthquakes are not covered under warranty. Total liability of FuseTech LLC under this warranty is limited to the original contract fee and is non-transferable. The choice among repair or replacement is solely determined by FuseTech LLC. Any steps taken by FuseTech LLC to correct defects shall not act to extend the term of this warranty. All warranty repairs by FuseTech LLC, shall be at no charge to the Owner, subject to original contract amount, and shall be performed within a reasonable length of time, defined as 30 days from the date of defect notification in writing to FuseTech LLC. Warranty work order shall be issued by FuseTech LLC scheduled and arranged with the Owner.
